Conical twin screw barrel are applicated in extrusion field of PVC pipe, PVC+WPC, PE+WPC, PVC wall panel, PVC window profile, PVC foam sheet, PVC granules etc. We offer the designing specialized for high CaCO3 formulas.

▌Detachable barrel’s technics:

We use 40Cr barrel with tempering to hardness HB260-320, inlaid with two alloy sleeve inside to it, do nitriding treatment after finishing machine, alloy sleeve thickness more than 6mm, hardness HRC58-62.

Nitrided layer depth: 0.5-0.8mm

Nitrided brittleness: Less than grade 2

Surface roughness: Ra0.4
