Pre-sales

Our serivce starts from the begining when you send us inquiries. After got your inquiry, we will arrange an experienced sales manager to check your requirements and reply to you as soon as we can, our manager will serve for you from begin to end.

If you have drawings of screws and barrel and clear requirements, our manager will quote directly.

If you are new experience to purchase screw barrel, don’t worry, ask manager what information we need to give you a quote, let’s step by step going ahead. We have no minimun order quantity, you order 1 piece screw, 1 piece barrel, or 1 set screw head tips are all no problem.

Order starting

Because screws barrels are almost 95% customised, it needs about 25-45 days production time.

After signed the contract and prepayment, manager will make confirmation on drawings with you, then our workshop starts production. During production time, you can feel free asking manager about your order’s state, we will reply to you within 12 hours. When your order after nitriding, polishing and final inspection, we will take photos sending to you for checking.

Delivery

By sea, by train, by air, by truck, by express are all fesible. Also we accept to send goods to your other suppliers to combine delivery.

After-sale

When orders arrived to you, our after-sales service started, our manager is ready to answer you 24X7 when you have any questions on the order. We have full confidence on our products, normally no problems need to solve. If unlucky the products have problem, don’t worry, contact to your serivce manager, we will try our best to serve for you!
