Parallel twin screw & barrel
Parallel twin screw(complete piece screw) has two types: counter rotating type and co rotating type.
Counter-rotating parallel twin screw barrel are applicated in extrusion field of PVC pipe, PVC foam sheet, PVC wall panel, PVC window profile etc. We have experiences on producing screw barrel for which the extruder brands are Cincinnati, Krauss Maffei, Amut, Maplan, Tyson, Weber, Microsan, Kabra etc. We offer special designing - detachable alloy sleeve barrel for your choice.
Co-rotating parallel twin screw barrel use on food extruder and special material extrusion lines. We offer special raw material such like stainless steel,4Cr13. 3Cr13 etc for your choice.

▌Detachable barrel’s technics:
We use 40Cr barrel with tempering to hardness HB260-320, inlaid with two alloy sleeve inside to it, do nitriding treatment after finishing machine, alloy sleeve thickness more than 6mm, hardness HRC58-62.
